Ordering: All orders are processed and shipped within one business day, from our office in Saratoga, California. Please call, email or fax us with any questions or problems (see below for contact information).
Payment options: You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. Your credit card details are passed securely to the credit card processing bank and are not retained on our server, to ensure the security of your information.
Sales tax: 8.25% sales tax will be charged for California residents.
Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs depend on weight, delivery address, and shipping method. The options and cost for shipping are shown in the shopping cart when you check out; for one book in the U.S., shipping costs start at $3.50 to $4.95 depending on weight via Media Mail.
United States: 1) Priority Mail 2 to 4 business days for delivery; 2) Media Mail 5 to 10 business days for delivery; 3) FedEx Ground -- delivery in 1 to 6 business days; 4) FedEx 2-Day -- cost based on your zip code, delivery in 2 business days.
Canada: First Class Mail (Airmail)
United Kingdom: First Class Mail (Airmail)
Australia: First Class Mail (Airmail)
